Watched it twice for the past couple of days while cleaning the kitchen. Can’t understand how people are so clueless in general about what they eat or drink.
It is pretty hard to stay away from fructose. I tried not too long ago to go 1 month without eating or drinking anything with high fructose corn syrup. I failed after two weeks. Who knew they put that stuff in Salami???From Trader Joe’s!!
I watched for the first time yesterday. One thing that didn’t completely click was the fructose in sports drinks. I’d have thought that rapid muscle cell replenishment would be more effective with glucose, not fructose. Maybe it’s only liver glycogen replacement that’s helped by fructose. Anyway…
