WOD for Tuesday 5/8:

Congrats to Nick, Clark, Jack, and Melissa on their CrossFit Kettlebell Certification this weekend!!

 

Last year, Lisa Borgatti ran her first 5K after one month of CrossFit.  At the time, it was a big accomplishment and she credited the month at CrossFit with making her strong enough to push through.  This weekend she ran the same 5K race SEVEN minutes faster!!  Way to go Lisa.
