WOD for Thursday September 17th:

Spend the day at CF Full Potential learning the Olympic Lifts, from step 1, the correct way and in proper progression. Lifts will be broken down and progressed through. Prepare to have a barbell in your hand for most of the day, lots of and drilling and positional holds.
at 10:00am – 3:00pm


Registration is $50 per person for the day and open to everyone.
