Want to run faster and farther with less injury? From Beginner to advanced, your technique can always be fine tuned. Through drills and video analysis, we will spend 3 hours preparing you to run.
Led by Coach Danny and Coach Geoff, this seminar will focus on the POSE Method of running, and will benefit all level of athlete.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

 

Fitness

A) Hang Power Clean: 3 reps E2M for 10minutes, light
B) Power Clean: 1 rep EMOM for 10minutes, ascending
C) 5 rounds for time:
400m Run
15 Back Squats

 

Performance

A) Tall Clean: 3 reps E2M for 10minutes, light
B) Clean: 1 rep E2M for 10minutes, ascending
C) “Nancy”: 5 rounds for time:
400m Run
15 Overhead Squats 95/65
