Hey my friends, I’m hoping for your votes and support. I am a top 10 finalist in a contest sponsored by Icelandic Glacial Water. I got this far by writing about why I pursue my fitness passion–now I need your help. If I win, I receive a trip to Iceland where I get to work with a top Crossfit trainer, but more than that I would love to be the inspiration for all of us who never thought we were athletic in any way–WE CAN DO IT, even at 50+ !!
