WOD for Monday December 12th:

doneFor those of you who didn’t know, our own Geoff Turke rode 3,405 calories on the Air Bike on Saturday.  Why? – to raise money for the Movember Foundation…

“The Movember Foundation is the only global charity focused solely on men’s health, so this Movember I’m getting on board. I’m raising funds to tackle some of the biggest health issues faced by men: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and poor mental health. Help me stop men dying too young.”

 As a result of his fundraising efforts and pledge to bike a calorie for every dollar he raised and thanks to a last minute Saturday donation, he raised $3,405.

Somehow, Derek Clark agreed to ride along side
