45,55,65(4)-should have done 60 to get more reps. 15:36 on the wod…this was hard! very tough on my wrist-only did 10 reps on OHS @ 15lbs. YIKES. I use to be able to do 50! 🙁 I will get back there. GOOD TIMES!
