STRENGTH:

20 Minutes to a 1RM Deadlift

CONDITIONING:

500m Row Repeats with a Partner

Each Partner will complete 6 500m Rows at 2k Row Pace

Alternate with Partner, rest is while partner rows, minimum of 2 Minutes
