A) 6-8 Dumbell Snatch/Side + 10 Goblet Squats E2M for 14 Minutes
B) 3 Rounds:
800m Run
20 Slam Ball
10 Jumping Pullup (Bar or Rings)

PERFORMANCE
A) Snatch + Overhead Squat: 2 Rep E2M for 14minutes
B) 3 Rounds:
800m Run
25 Pullups
