WORKOUT OF THE DAY
STRENGTH:
4 sets
8-10 Split Squats right
8-10 Strict Pull Ups/Chin Ups/Ring Rows
8-10 Split Squats left
2 Minutes Rest

Start with Pull Ups and move to chins/ring rows to get 8-10 reps
WOD:
Fitness
Performance
10 Minute AMRAP
3 V-Ups
3 DB Power Clean + Shoulder to Overhead

Increase reps by 3 each round
