10 Single-Arm DB Thrusters
5×3 = 65,85,85,85,65(work on form). WOD killed me…couldn’t do a pullup (even with a band)! Day off needed…maybe 2! 🙂 Heading to FL – cya on Wednesday.
Is this the sick version of Fran – thrusters pullups with a little somethin somethin (snatch). 17:19 / 30# with a sm band.
Front Squats – 75, 95, 105, 115, 125. WOD in 15:27. Used 20lb db. . . should have done more, didn’t seem as hard as it should have. Next time!
