WHOLE 30 – DAY 1 of 30

Hopefully you spent your holiday weekend doing two things:

  1. Preparing Paleo meals and snacks for the week.
  2. “Getting Your Bloat On” (direct quote from Lola).

 

I definitely took care of the bloat, but I may go hungry on day one.

 

This time we will measure our progress based on weight loss, before/after pics, and a performance test.  That test will be Tuesday’s WOD:

100 Pullups

100 Pushups

100 Situps

100 Squats
