A) Overhead Squat: 15 min to find today’s heavy triple

Fitness:

5 sets of 3 back squats w/ 5-10 PVC OHS after each set; Rest :90-2 min b/t

B) E2M for 20 min:

Performance:

Odd Rds: 30 Push-ups + 30 Sit-ups

Even Rds: 30/24 Cal AB

Fitness:

Odd Rds: 30/20 Cal Row

Even Rds: 20 Pushups + 20 Situps
