A1) Floor Press: 4 sets of 12-15 reps; Ascend to heavy 12 for day; Rest :60

A2) Batwing Row: 4 sets of 6 reps w/ 3s pause @ top of each; Rest 2 min

B) Death By Thruster: @ 95/65# w/ 20 minute time cap

Perform 1 thruster in minute 1, 2 thrusters in minute 2, etc, until failure. If

you fail before 20 minutes, Rest 1 minute and switch to Sit-ups for remainder of

20 minutes
