Full Potential Individualized Running Programming-

Looking to improve your running? No matter your skill level, we can help! This summer, we’ll be offering an 8 week running program that will include 2 skill sessions to start the program. Skill sessions will be 60-90 minutes long and will focus on technique and cadence. Your programming will be tailored to fit you, with paces calculated specifically off of your current Mile and 400m times. Programming will be given through TrueCoach, our programming software, which will allow you to easily interact with coaches and record results.  -$99-
