WarmUp

3 Rounds:

1min Jump Rope/DU’s

10 Lunges

10 Abmat situps

10 Superman

Strength:

Deadlift: 2-2-2-2-2-2-2

2×2 @ 50% 1RM

5×2 @ 85% 1RM

Conditioning:

Tabata Something Else

32 intervals of 20 seconds work,ten seconds rest. first 8 intervals are pull-ups, second 8 are push-ups, third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, last 8 intervals are squats. No rest btwn exercises. Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.
