DRIVE :45 is an exciting addition to the Full Potential class schedule. Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 to 9:15 will be a high energy bootcamp style class designed to shed bodyfat, burn calories, and bulletproof your core. The class will be like a cross between Barre and CrossFit with no barbells and boat loads of SWEAT!!
