5-3-1 Strength Program

In January we will be starting several cycles of the Wendler 5-3-1 strength program.

Each week your coaches will provide you with your personally customized weights and reps.  Please use the right numbers and reps and allow the program to work.  It will seem light at the beginning and that’s okay.  Trust us and the program.   If you are going to miss class and want to make up your lifting outside the gym, let’s us know and we will be happy to provide your numbers.

Member John Peterson will be running the 2013 Boston Marathon as part of Team Go Kids Boston.

GoKids provides low income, multi-ethnic youth with engaging physical activity and nutrition education programs aimed at preventing and treating obesity and chronic disease in our safe and supportive environment (a 5,300 square foot fitness center.)
