NEW GYM RULES and WOD for Monday August 27th

Let’s review…this does not make for happy coaches

2 NEW GYM RULES

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

  1. Anyone chewing gum inside the gym, 100 burpees on the spot
  2. Chalk remains in the bucket.  Taking a piece of chalk to where you are working out because you don’t want to spend precious WOD time walking to the chalk bucket, 100 burpees before you resume your WOD

If people continue to leave chalky hand messes on equipment we will no longer allow the use of chalk.

 STRENGTH:

Split Squats

4 Sets

8-10 Reps – 1 minute rest  between legs

3010 tempo

CONDITIONING:

50 Thrusters (45/35)

30 Pullups
