AMRAP in 12 minutes of:

10 DB Push Press

8 Goblet Squats

10 Box Jumps

 

 

Here is our holiday schedule.  Please also keep in mind that when Lisa goes into labor we have quite a few people lined up to cover classes, but worst case scenario could be a closed gym while Lisa and I are in the trenches (if Lola, Braden, CJ, Tanner, Jeanne, Benson, etc. are all in hiding):

Friday 12/23 – Regular Schedule

Saturday 12/24 – CLOSED – Merry Christmas!

Monday 12/26 – No 5:30am Class, Open Gym 12-2pm, Regular Evening Schedule (5:30p and 7p)

Tuesday 12/27 – Friday 12/30 – Regular Schedule

Saturday 12/31 – CLOSED -Happy New Year!

Monday 1/2 – No 5:30am class.  Open Gym 12-2. Regular Evening Schedule (5:30p and 7p)
