Warmup:

Posterior Chain Wall Reach – 1 minute each side

Then 2 Rounds of:

1 min on C2 Rower

1 min Jump Rope

1 min DB Bent Over Row

1 min Jumping Jacks

Strength:

3  @ 70% T.M.
3  @ 80% T.M.
3+ @ 90% T.M.

Conditioning:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 12 Minutes of:

5 Pullups

7 Hand Release Pushups

9 Goblet Squats
