This WOD completely exhusted me. 3+33 (RX but on Swings) Red band on pullups!
Went to the shoulder DOC today. Minor dislocation and sprain of the shoulder and neck. He said low activity for the next 3 weeks. I guess that means lots of box jumps, rowing and sit ups.
