HOW TO REGISTER for the WORKOUT:
Members: Go to the schedule calendar on the website while logged out of Zen Planner. Choose the heat you want and log in to register. If you have an issue, reply to this email with your top two heat choices and I will register you. There will be a 20 athlete cap on each group. Heats are 1st come 1st served for registration.  You can optionally register online to make a donation to themurphcallenge.com

Drop-Ins/Visitors:

Email dan@crossfitfullpotential.com with a heat request. If you are not a member at CrossFit Full Potential, you have to sign up ahead of time. You must also EITHER bring proof of registration from themurphcallenge.com or pay a $25 drop-in fee.
