E2M for 16 min:

Sets 1-2: 5 @ 60-65%

Sets 3-4: 4 @ 70-75%

Sets 5-6: 3 @ 80-85%

Sets 7-8: 2 @ 85-90+%

B) 4 RFT:

400m Run

10 Pullup

20 Pushup

30 Air Squat
