Individual Program Design
If you’re an accomplished CrossFit athlete looking to maximize your training regime, our individual program design is a great option.
You’ll work one-on-one with a coach who will custom-build a workout, lifestyle, and nutrition protocol for you to follow, then do regular check-ins to make sure your progress is on track.
Individual program design has the best parts of personal training without the high cost associated with intense floor time.
Remote Program Design: $275 per month
Additional Programming/Consulting for CrossFit Athletes: $100 per month
