Getting Started

Getting started is simple:

Schedule a free private intro session to complete your physical assessment and see first hand what Full Potential has to offer.  We can schedule this right away, just call or email!

If you want to join, you then decide which membership option works best for you:

  • 2 CrossFit classes per week + Open Gym times, Saturday class, and Sunday Yoga
  • 3 CrossFit classes per week + Open Gym times, Saturday class, and Sunday Yoga
  • 4 CrossFit classes per week + Open Gym times, Saturday class, and Sunday Yoga
  • Unlimited CrossFit classes  + Open Gym times, Saturday class, and Sunday Yoga

10% off for ACTIVE Military, LEO, Fire, 1st Responder, Students, and Teachers

Once you choose a membership, you can sign up for our 2-week group on-ramp program consisting of six 45-minute small group classes.

The group on-ramp runs Monday/Tuesday/Thursday nights at 6:30pm.  If this time doesn’t work for you we can schedule private on-ramps for $50 per session.

After you complete the intro and the on-ramp classes we start your monthly billing and you can come to any classes posted on our schedule.
