FGB Details and Tuesday's WOD

If  you’re going to do one workout this year, it should be Fight Gone Bad this Saturday.  Please sign up in the gym; we need to know what modifications to the workout you’ll need (if any) and what you can bring for the grilling/paleo potluck session to follow.

 

I would love to see EVERY MEMBER of CrossFit Full Potential at this event.  Let’s welcome CrossFit Cape Ann and show them the community we’re building up here in Newburyport!

 

Saturday’s Schedule:

9am: Door’s Open

9:30: Heat 1

10am: Heat 2

10:30am: Heat 3

11:00am: Heat 4 (if needed)

GRILLING AND CHILLING IMMEDIATELY TO FOLLOW.  Family and Friends are welcome.  Anything you can bring to share would be a huge help!  Email dan@crossfitfullpotential.com with any questions at all about the workout, heat assignments, and cookout stuff.

Skill:

20 minutes to build up to a heavy single Snatch

Conditioning:

As Many Rounds in 12 minutes of:

9 Thrusters

9 Pullups

 

CARE PACKAGE FOR OUR LOCAL MARINES in AFGHANISTAN:

I’m putting a care package together for some local Marines in Afghanistan where a few of my friends are deployed.  Please let me know if you’d like to throw anything in the package … I’m hoping to ship it out on Friday or Saturday.
