man, that was tough…did some modifications – situps in stead of PU’s – shoulder is sore. 15bls on OHS – 32:57 It was GIRLS morning 🙂 and breakfast too!
DV had to go around wiping up palm flesh from the pull …he cleans up well 🙂

Continued to do the 70 DUs I should have done in the wod
On the positive, 70 DUs in 12 minutes is a major PR for me AND I hit 4 consecutive multiple times!!!
Can’t wait for a long weekend!
I agree Melissa. . . I thought this WOD was going to be fun. I was wrong. Didn’t finish my OH Squats only did 30 with 65#.
