60, 70, 80 (7), 2 Rounds 29 DU’s @ 35lbs. Pathetic!! Yet fun!
60, 70, 80 for 21. . . Definitely increasing the weight next time. Took it easy on the WOD. Think I did 3 rounds @35. Only did 10 power snatches instead of 15.
On a side note, I was able to do 2 sets of 5 unassisted dips today on the parallel bars at the playground. That’s some awesome improvement!
