Chippah … say it Frenchy!

A “Chipper” Workout is a CrossFit workout typically consisting of several exercises, each exercise completed in full before moving on to the next.   The “Filthy Fifty” is a classic chipper workout.

 

Workout of the Day for Monday:

100 Double Unders

85 Situps

70 Mountain Climbers (Four Count)

55 Wall Balls

40 Burpees

25 Wall Balls

10 Handstand Pushups
