BS=65,85,90,100,100 (10). 2:36 on the WOD: 20bls. My ABS are SOOOOO sore…never have then been this sore…and my lower abs!!!! Total score for tabata: 135
Great WOD and week. As we move forward with 531, should we adjust our 1 rep max to a calculated one based on the last set’s reps and weight (5+)? Or stay where we were? just curious.
We should adjust next weeks Maxes based on 90% of this weeks Calculated Maxes. After that we’re going to go off of the same numbers until the end of this 4-week cycle. We will start the next cycle with a little bump up.
Saturdays team WOD. . . I’d like to apologize for using the name WWLD. I definitely did not do the name justice. I’ll blame on 6 days in a row and doing heavy back squats yesterday. Made my appointment for body fat analysis at the shake station for Tuesday at 7am. Hope I get better results than I did with the fat calipers!
The fat calipers sent me into an eating frenzy over the weekend. Back to it on monday. headn to the shake station too!
