Daniel Vadala, CCFC (a.k.a. Danny Vee) is the owner and head coach of CrossFit Full Potential, as well as a Lead instructor for Tactical Athlete Training Systems and CrossFit’s Level 1 Kettlebell Trainer Course.  He previously served as the Physical Education teacher at the Pine Grove Elementary School in Rowley as well as the manager and head coach of North Shore CrossFit in Beverly.  Dan has served as a coach and business consultant to a number of North Shore area private schools, gyms, and CrossFit affiliates.  He has been coaching youth sports since 2000 and has been a personal trainer since 2004. His extensive knowledge of exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle choices helps his clients reach their full potential.

Geoff Turke:  Coach Geoff works full time as Head Coach of our group CrossFit program.  He previously worked as the Teen Director for the North Andover YMCA after serving in the US Army.  Geoff also specializes in individual programming for competitive athletes.

Sandy Snyder – Sandy is a yoga instructor at CrossFit Full Potential. Sandy has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and found it actually increased her strength training program. She believes strength is nothing without good mobility & flexibility. Balance is key. Sandy’s class focuses on linking breathe to movement and bringing this awareness from the yoga mat to the WOD. Sandy will sometimes be found sitting in crow pose just to avoid running on any given day.

Derek Clark is an assistant coach in our group CrossFit program and a lead instructor for Full Potential Kids and Full Potential Performance.  Coach Derek played lacrosse for Dean College and Salem State University, where he graduated with a degree in Exercise Science. Derek has coached previously at Triton Regional High School as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for Boys Lacrosse, as well as at Athletic Evolution where he taught sports specific classes for kids and adults.

Melissa Gagnon – After suffering through 10 years of dance lessons and a very short lived gymnastic career Melissa settled on softball and basketball as her activities of choice.  She played in recreational leagues throughout her school years and played on her high school’s teams before playing basketball in college.  Melissa graduated from Southern New Hampshire University in 1994 with a bachelors degree in Accounting and again in 2005 with a Masters in Business Administration.  After a friend introduced her to the barbell, Melissa found CrossFit as a place to toss around heavy stuff without setting off a lunk alarm.  Melissa is an accomplished competitor in the sport of weightlifting, holding numerous New England records, and at one time a Pan-American record.

Clark Webb (aka MOOSE)- Clark graduated from Depauw University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance (Opera).  He is first and foremost an entertainer.  His classes are 75% CrossFit and 50% Comedy.  Clark is not very good at math.  Clark boasts no amazing college athletic achievements.  He’s always been competitive, but focused more on having fun than taking it all too seriously.  Except of course for  the nine years of his life, from 8 to 17, where he dedicated his life to the game of golf….and we mean practicing his short game in thirty degree weather kind of dedication.

Clark found CrossFit Full Potential in October 2011.  Since then, he does his best to live and represent the CrossFit methodology, and believes that “core to extremity” can apply to more than just the work done inside the gym.  He truly believes that if a person changes what is inside, physically or mentally, it will affect every other aspect of that person’s life.
