Daniel Vadala, CCFC (a.k.a. Danny Vee) is the owner and head coach of CrossFit Full Potential, as well as a Lead instructor for Tactical Athlete Training Systems and CrossFit’s Level 1 Kettlebell Trainer Course.  He previously served as the Physical Education teacher at the Pine Grove Elementary School in Rowley as well as the manager and head coach of North Shore CrossFit in Beverly.  Dan has served as a coach and business consultant to a number of North Shore area private schools, gyms, and CrossFit affiliates.  He has been coaching youth sports since 2000 and has been a personal trainer since 2004. His extensive knowledge of exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle choices helps his clients reach their full potential.

Geoff Turke:  Coach Geoff works full time as Head Coach of our group CrossFit program.  He previously worked as the Teen Director for the North Andover YMCA after serving in the US Army.  Geoff also specializes in individual programming for competitive athletes.

Sandy Snyder – Sandy is a CrossFit Level 2 trainer in our Group CrossFit program, as well as our yoga instructor.  Sandy has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and found it to accelerate her strength training program. She believes strength is nothing without good mobility & flexibility. Balance is key. Sandy will sometimes be found sitting in crow pose just to avoid running on any given day.

Michael Kochansky serves as a lead instructor in our group CrossFit program.  Mike has been CrossFitting since 2009.  His attention to detail and proper movement progression has made him an asset to our coaching staff.  He is often referred to lovingly as “Coach of the Year” by our clients.

Clark Webb- Clark graduated from Depauw University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance (Opera).  From age 8 to 17, he dedicated his life to the game of golf.

Clark found CrossFit Full Potential in October 2011.  Since then, he does his best to live and represent the CrossFit methodology, and believes that “core to extremity” can apply to more than just the work done inside the gym.  He truly believes that if a person changes what is inside, physically or mentally, it will affect every other aspect of that person’s life.

Ethan MacDonald (aka “E”) – Ethan graduated from URI in 2013 with a Bachelors in Marketing.  Ethan began his athletic career at the age of 4 when he began playing hockey. There was a brief stint of lacrosse in high school but Ethan continued playing hockey throughout college and even now can be found at a local rink lacing up skates for men’s leagues in his spare time. Ethan stumbled upon CrossFit through word of mouth and never looked back pouring every ounce of passion he had into the sport.  Ethan has always been a competitor and continues to push himself and others around him to the best of their abilities.
