5-3-1 Strength Program

Starting Monday our strength workouts will be designed around the Wendler Method, also known as the 5/3/1 Method of strength training.  There is some background knowledge that you don’t need to know, but would definitely help you as you go.  The following article from T-Nation is a fantastic summary of what the 5/3/1 Method is all about:
